Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:
* Video Evidence: Upon receiving your package, immediately record a video of the unboxing process. Ensure that the video clearly shows the condition of the package and the item inside.
* Notification: Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery to report the damage or defect. Send the video evidence to WhatsApp and email ( which is given in contact us section) as part of your notification.
* Verification and Resolution: Once we receive your video evidence and notification, we will review the information and determine the appropriate resolution. If the damage or defect is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.

Time Frame

Please ensure that the video and notification are sent within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot process claims for damage or defects reported after this period.
